I'm Stoni, and I'm your salad farmer. I became a farmer because I love eating, feeding people, and basking in the glory of our Earth. New Tradition Farm is an expression of that love. It’s also a way to turn dreams for a better world into flavorful action right here in Huntington, VT!

Farm Shares
The heart of the farm is our Salad Share Program, where our beloved members prepay for a season’s worth of fresh, delicious salad vegetables. New this season, all of our Salad Share members have maximum flexibility to select the vegetables of your choosing whenever you’d like at both our Farmstand in Huntington and the Richmond Farmers Market on Fridays.

Our Practices
No pesticides, no GMOs! Yes to hand-scale farming that produces abundant, scrumptious, life-giving food. Yes to sequestering carbon and working in harmony with soil life by tilling minimally—if at all. Yes to cover crops, compost, seed saving, and planting habitat for our threatened pollinators and native insects. Yes to minimizing plastic packaging. While we are not yet certified, we strictly follow organic practices as well as strive beyond them!
